Most hair orders need 2-15 days to make,then add 3-5 business days shipping. NO STOCK!
If you need hair fastly,we have some hair in stock,can ship now once you paid.Please check our HAIR STOCK
Check the product description(shipping time) ,different hair products have different time.
We dont accept Rush Orders(like you need hair tomorrow or in 2-4 days),if you need hair fast,whatsapp us to ask time.
Normally it will take 2-15 business days to process your order ( if your order needs to be customized, it might takes longer time to process), regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Normally, we send out your order out by FedEx or DHL.
Most orders will be received in 3-5 business days, such USA, Europe, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, yourplease allow anywhere between 3-5 business days for your order to reach destination.

About hair colors,pls choose our website colors Carefully.Every company have different colors. Pls dont use the hair color that you have bought from other companies before to buy, the hair color of our website dont have big color difference, you can rest assured to buy.

All Customized hair not accept refund, like Products that take time to make.If we send you wrong hair(color,length,hair products) you ordered on website,can get refund.
Stock of hair accept refund,if we send wrong hair,like color is wrong,length is wrong,hair products is wrong.If we send correct hair ,not accept refund.

1. Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind we do NOT provide refundsSpecial consider.ation will be given in exceptional circumstanceshowever you must be able to providesatisfactory proof of purchase,Please contact us first and we will try our best to satisfyyour needs.Further, the hair you ordered must be:
1.in saleable condition;
hair in stock is saleable,the rest are all Customizable,not accept refund.2.unused with all original packaging,3. returned to us ; the exchange or refund is sought within 7 days ofpurchase.The return shipping fee is afforded by you.And we just refund thehair cost withoutshipping cost when we receive your returned hair.
lf the hair you received is faulty, please contact us within 7 days and thereason forreturn. We will then advise you regarding the return process.
1.Refunds will not be issued if your item is in transit.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the hair,please RE-PACK THE HAIR INITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
3.When you refund,its better use Fedex or DHL to ship hair,its safe and fastso we could get hair earlier and refund u soon.
4. As soon as we have your return, we will check the hair qualityagain and issue arefund of hair.
5. We’ll send you messages to confirm your return has beenreceived and that yourrefund has been processed.
